So I'm told that swimming is a good work out. Suppose to be like 400+ calories an hour that you can burn And well.... it's easy and fun. So gonna do that today. And maybe later today add on some crunches and squats!

Today is leg day. I hate leg day. But don't forget your hamstrings...so throw in some reverse lunges with your squats too

So.... 45 Mins of non swimming.... not bad. Kept my body moving.

Swimming is great because you get cardio and total muscle resistance from the water pressure. Perfect to get lean and toned up :-)

Yea, I dated a competitive swimmer for a few years. She was in amazing shape and all she did was swim.
