Running is a good start...

Are you looking to loose weight or add muscle or just tone up?

Get your diet in order keep calories around 1700 can go lower to 1500 if you wanted...but you must eat ideally every 2 hours small amounts it tricks your body into think there plenty of food so lets burn fat. There are some easy to hard routines on here that will help you..I suggest a mix of weights and cardio your body can burn muscle easier than fat and doing weights at the same time will keep and improve your muscle tone. Cardio wise running and
