I broken ma foot last month and I've nor been aloud to do any exercises. I'm waiting to seeing they are going to cut the bone out this Friday. I would like to do some easy n simple exercise for ma stomach. Pls could you help with some easy exercise I can do. The advice would be great thx

Could you do things like crunches? This shouldn't use your foot.

Yeah I can do somethings as long as I'm not on ma feet x

Ok sure so try Elite Abs this is entirely on the floor

Also you could do 5 Min Arms & Abs and Fast Arms & Abs but do the push ups from your knees so not to use your foot.
