Cardio and Endurance

I'm a 16 year old semi pro footballer (soccer) I train cardio twice a week and i'm looking for help on cardio and endurance programmes.

If you want to improve your CV you need to be consistent. You should train for set distances every session and try to improve your time each time you repeat a session. You can also train for set times, 30 min, 45 min etc... And record your distance. The point is to know what you can do, and try to beat yourself every time!
