Hi! Training for ToughMudder SoCal and it's been a while since I've really worked out .... what should I do to improve cardiovascular endurance??

There's lots of tough mudder workouts here. If they're hard just do your best and keep moving during the workout even if you're not keeping up. You'll improve and you might also consider running 2-3 times a week

Go to toughmudder.com. The event is in Temecula on Oct 25 and 26.
