Hey everyone, I am curious to know if its ok or recommend to work out every day or every other day ? Need help get to my abs so I can do laundry on them lol
Abs is one muscle you can workout everyday. If you have the stamina and can go full strength everyday do it. My routine is 100 crunches, 100 sit ups, 10 hanging leg lifts 10 hanging knee lifts, 10 landmine 180s with a 45, 100 laying leg lifts, 50 burppes and then I try for a 5 minute plank. All exercises are 3 sets with 45 sec to a minute rest between.
Ehhh... why would you treat your abs differently than any other muscle? They have a tough enough job just stabilizing the body throughout the day. I'd work them directly every 48 hours, just like any other muscle
