Went on bodybuilding.com and decided to do the plan. Workouts were already on here so I was just wondering if anyone is doing this plan now?
One of the things I don't like about this app is the inability to use reps instead of time...
Proper weightlifting routines can be added then, I would love to add my daily/routine on here.
Every weekday morning I do an hour to hour and half weights and around 2 hours cardio. Working muscle groups each day! Weekend rest days.
