Chewing gum or bubblegum.The constant chewing action will use many muscles in the face and if you enjoy chewing gum, it's not going to be hard to do.Chew sugar-free gum. Avoid adding any more sugar to your diet than needed.

Using the muscles in your face won't help. How much fat you have in your face depends mostly on your gens. You might lose a little bit as you lose fat on your whole body.

Lol, this is little comical.

Face lift? Smiling more maybe will do it. But honestly, I think that's on of the areas that you can't work out. That's just how your body is made.

Get an empty water bottle and suck on the bottle till there is no air inside and hold for as long as you can. Do this about 10 times a day and it will help also chewing gum and chewing food properly break the food down more before taking it in.

Your initial premise or your question is bad to begin with.

Let's start by explaining that you cannot spot reduce when it comes to weight loss.  Working out a body part does not cause you to lose fat in that body part.

Body fat loss will happen in the areas of your body that your body want to lose it first or last.

Exercise firms muscles in a specific area it does not burn fat in that specific area.

If you want to lose fat in your face....  Lose fat and eventually it will start to come off of your face.

What you need to do is loose weight if you feel your face is fat there is no spot reduction your body is a ware house and we all out fat away differently so even if your "in shape" your body will have fat somewhere and there is no such thing as 0% body fat if you want it gone eat lean and do hiit

You can't target weight loss.cardio will help you burn overall body fat therefore you will lose fat on your face. If you are skinny and have fat on your face then that's just the way you're made you might have a round face if it doesn't please you there are certain haircuts that might make your face look less full but idk you should love your body no matter what and be patient with it if you're on a diet and waiting to see results maybe your face is the last place in your body to be affected by your weight loss if you're trying to lose weight
