Pls, advise bottom workouts without squats, lunges etc

Hello, there!

Unfortunatelly I have a meniscus problem and such activities as squats and lunges are def not mine.
i`ve tried to find smth suitable to tone lower body , but

Mmmm Should to be more accurate - I`m asking for not a type of activity or exercises, I`m looking for ready to use workouts for bottom e.g. Brazilian Booty or so that do not containt squats and lounges. Have any?

Hmm can you do leg lifts of any kind while lying down, I think they are much better at toning thighs and glutes than doing squats anyway. Squats just give you football thighs more than they tone your glutes.

I love doing squats.. Having said that, I have just had keyhole surgery on my meniscus and cartilage so for a few months I couldn't do any leg exercises. To get strength back I got given a good range of exercises, including squats, but do them on a chair and not too many. Definitely stay away from lunges lol

Leg raises will do a lot around that area, plus they will work your abs too. Biking is very good too.
