Anyone know workouts to target fat???

Im looking to loose weight ASAP. Im sick of being the fat friend and I need to get this done. Please reply with a link and/or an idea. Thanks. Xx

Loosing weight is a gradual thing. First you need to set reasonable goals for yourself. Eat healthy; your diet is a major part. Cardio accel and HIIT workouts are great for shedding fat. Most important if it's what YOU want then make it happen, don't give up and keep pushing. Good luck!

I'd think cardio would be your best friend and a very healthy meal plan and lots and lots of water but I'm not a fitness expert so don't quote me on that, good luck!

Buy some running shoes and start a cardio schedule. You also have to watch what you eat.
