Workout ideas

I'm looking for a program that mostly consists of on the ground body weight exercises, like planks and sit ups and the like. I don't really want to be up bouncing around for this one. Running is fine too. I don't care how long/intense they are, I just want something to get me going and I'm most likely to do it if it's an on the ground body weight work out. Any help?
