13 days to blast!
Hey all.. Just booked myself a last minute holiday deal and am not bikini body ready at all! Looking for suggestions to help blast my problem bits as best I can in 13 days.. Haven't worked out for a good while but I have good muscle memory and will start to see results within the week of working out every day. Sooo my problem bits are arms/shoulders, tummy and side tummy .. Also my bum and thighs could do with a little toning up.. I know all the basic exercises but looking for specifics that will help in such a short time.. Hit me with your suggestions please
