Eat good food. Third you workout and go ham. Dunt eat donuts and bacon. Okay Maybe sometime. Always eat donuts Anf bacon. No jk but workout your abs and drink water and enjoy life with a flat stomach. Eatsy Good food dint eat a lot of bread. Good job

if you would like to lose some weight around your core to get a flat stomach doing enough crunches to lose say 2lbs/.9kg or say half an inch it would take 40,000 crunches or about 2 years if you did 30 a day or so.

do cardio :)

Ur fat because u eat much shit food and u r fucking lazy! If u stop do those u should have a splat stomach very fast.!!
