Is there any good chest workout?

For chest try wide pushups at a slow pace...try 4-6 seconds to lower your upper body, a short pause, then push up with no more than a 1-2 second count. 3-4 sets of 8-12 with a few simple exercises and you'll have a killer chest workout!
