Skipping fit

So I've started a new thing..

A lot of it too!

Starting every session with 20 mins of skipping, with punishments for messing up, I.e push ups/ heaves/ dumbbell clean and jerks.

Working wonders so far, definitely give it ago and mix up the rotations with speed fun, singles, double unders, dancing to music etc.

Great way to warm up / get your workout running!
