Hi guys. I've been looking around recently for some exercises that will help with burning fat and losing weight. Any really good ones that you might recommend? Thanks !

Squats and Skipping. Much more effective when executed together. Try this : - 20 squats, 5 mins speed skipping, 30 squats 10 mins normal skipping, 50 squats then skip as fast as u can for 2 mins, then normal speed skipping with double jump skip every 10 skips within 1 minute. Repeat twice 5 days a week. Hope dut meks sense lol
