Losing weight only with sport

Who can be with me on this? I wanna shape my body by loosing 5kg in 5 weeks only with sport.
Exercises:
- squat
- sit ups
- push ups
- jump rope
- running/walking during the weekend
Everyday in the morning with one day rest after each 2 days. So people lets do it.
