Heyy there im Laura from Spain im 16 years old and actually im 106 pounds but i want to be skinnier any one knows a good workout??

Every workout is good.it depends on your body, adapt your exercises to burn in the area that is more predisposed to gain fat. C: good luck

How about healthier? Anyone telling you how to lose weight should be blocked from giving advice to anyone because you obviously don't need to lose weight if this is your pic. You may want to tone your lower body more to give some definition and I think you got some good advice with weighted squats. add some lunges, step-ups, glute kickbacks, fire hydrants, and deadlifts and your legs will look amazing! not to mention you'll have a killer back side :)

Every other day, 3/7 and sprints and jog like Nav said the days you don't do the tabata

I run just 4 times a week. It dont have to be really far btw.but u have to do it constantly. Of course with the jogging and sprints. Its always a good idea,i hope :D

Why would you want to be skinnier. You have a perfect body. If you really want to look and feel good don't try to be skinnier or you will look anorexic

Wow wow wow. What are you talking about? There are no need fore you to loose any weight. Now I usually like skinny girls, but it seems to me that you May even need to gain some pounds. I'm shocked noone else commented this!

About the thigh gab it's mostly genetic. So don't worry about that.

Well they are not.  If you want them to be more firm. Try doing some weighted squats while maintaining your current weight.

Ive seen more fat on a butchers pencil. See my stomach then try telling me u need to lose weight
