What time do you exercise?
I should get up earlier and workout in the mornings but that ain't happening, sooooo I start my workout weeknights between 930-10pm.
4 am and evenings during workweek-mornings and evenings during the weekend
I work out 6 days a week for up to an hour before work. Get up at 445 and get going before my head realises what i am doing lol
On weekdays usually in morning after I woke up. On weekends unless morning walk at the park, usually exercise in evening
Afternoon or evening.
