How days a week I should do exercises?

Christian gave you the best advice. I work out according to my weekly schedule some time that means I only get 3 days in and other weeks I can get in 5 days. You have to set your goals realistically so that you can complete them and that way you keep your confidence. God bless you and your success.

Daily is fine especially on legs and abs I prefer every other day on smaller muscle groups

5 for better results 6th day for just cardio

Anything that fits you. Between 3 and 6 days is the most uptimal. 3 days Will give you the maximum results for the time spent. More days Will give you more results, but just a little less Per hour so to speak (at least if you are smart about it)

I do average three days a week,  I just started two weeks ago but my body still exhausted because it is not normal for my body all this walking and running things..  I might do one day out running and walking.. And one day working on my abdominal muscles or other muscles..
After a month I will increase the  time for exercise...  Maybe 10 minutes every other day..
