How days a week I should do exercises?
5 for better results 6th day for just cardio
I do average three days a week, I just started two weeks ago but my body still exhausted because it is not normal for my body all this walking and running things.. I might do one day out running and walking.. And one day working on my abdominal muscles or other muscles..
After a month I will increase the time for exercise... Maybe 10 minutes every other day..
