Chest advise...

Hey everyone...

I am trying to work on my upper body. Need an advise on which workout shall I do.

As per my knowledge that the chest is split into (upper, middle & lower chest). What workout would help in building the lower & middle chest.

Decline(lower), flat(middle) bench. Press, flies and cables. You can also try push ups, med ball chest passes.
