Workout routine okay??

This is my workout routine:
Day 1:Cardio 30 mins,abs and back
Day 2: Cardio 30mins,biceps and triceps
Day 3:Cardio 30mins,abs and booty/legs
Day 4:Cardio 30mins,chest and shoulder
Day 5: abs and booty/legs
Day 6:REST
Day 7:back and chest

On my workout routine my cardio and abs are going to be 30 mins and everything else will be 15 mins.Is it a good workout routine to achieve the body I want can you also tell me what I should eat cause I'm trying to get toned and get a six pack please help I just made this routine and I'm not a beginner I been working out for 1 month now just this is my new routine

Yeah its a good schedule. Only advice I can give you is I see on day 7 you are hitting back and then if you start on day 1 you are doing back again. You need to let it heal before hitting ur back again.

Oh you also should be doing more time on your muscle groups. Abs take me a full hour. Chest 2 hours. I've been consistent now for 7 months or so and my abs are barley starting to show.

Are you eating healthy cause abs are made in the kitchen and okay I will change the back to another day

Yeah I have a really clean diet. I'm not trying to get skinny abs so it takes a long time.
