Finding it hard to encourage myself to workout, really need someone to just tell me when to do it and me to help them as well

Well.. I always get lazy when it comes to Abbs. Seems we need Ryans help. What do you think Ryan of making a program for us so we would stick to it?

Abs are made in the kitchen. Eat healthy and do cardio.

I can make a program soon, but like he said down there, diet is most if the work, then training is the icing on the cake!

I'm currently working on abs.. My two main exercises are weighted crunches and leg lifts. It's combined with me cut diet..

Working on my abs now. Do it every other day and not everyday. 2 weeks and my abs are getting stronger. 

If I keep at it, in 3 months I should be ripped!!!
