My arms are really weak and thin from shoulders to wrists. Any good workouts or advices to solve that out? Thnks in advance
Lift weighs..if you dont have any use heavy house hold items...it will still build muscle.
Do some press ups as well and use the filter option in the app to select arm workouts.
Close grip pushups, bicep curls, triceps press down, dips, pull ups, and overhead press.
