Hi, I'm new to this but I hope to find a way to stay motivated, I'm doing a 30 day challenge and I've done one week so far. I'd like to find a workout buddy or someone I can keep track with.

That's my goal right now, when I get a chance to I will post my workouts and I have also changed my diet to eating more protein foods, fruits and vegetables to help keep the weight off
