I have found that the only workouts that actually make me lose inches really good are the calisthnics type of exercises. Thats like crunches, push-ups, any type of strength training with your own body weight. Its awesome. Even 10 to 15 minutes a day works well. What do you guys think? Is anybody else here getting great results with these exercises?

Yes, they are awesome, also because you always have all the equipment you need with you... which means one excuse to skip a workout less
