Every Night of the Week Challenge
Day 2 done.. time for spinach and mixed veggie wrap then bed
I missed a couple of times to do the workout but most evening i did it. And it is kickin
I hear you..in all honesty I did miss a couple of times...But
I've increased speed and reps since last week so its doing something good...and routine is become unforgettable.
Hows everyone getting on with it?
Its has been a sorta hit N miss. I started strong but lately I've been lazy. Trying adjust my schedule a bit. Not that I really have one lol. Trainer coming tomorrow so I won't have a choice. Lol But with this cold I find its hard to get out for my runs even. Lol :/

Sure why not...
The idea is if you don't have time or energy then this is at least one workout thats routine every day without fail...a good habit :-)
