I agree. 13 is too young to be lifting weights. Focus on body weight moves

That's awesome and all, but one mistake I see in new lifters is that they act like the biceps and pecs are the only two body parts. If you're new to the game, start training your core first, along with the total body. Focusing on only a certain body part will cause muscular imbalances, leading to improper form and injuries down the line. Just a heads up. Keep up the good work
