abs every day?

hi ! just wanted to ask if doing abs exercises everyday would be more effective(faster) than doing it on alternate days? ofcourse clean eating is essential but i need my abs to be more define asap as i would be going to the beach next week.

Well I think that doing abs daily or every other day depends on what your body can handle. But unfortunately I don't think that you're going to get the results you want in just one week. Abs take work and cardio is essential to toning/defining abs.

i have abs now. i started strict clean eating last week. i just wanted a more defined abs .. and i did abs every alternate days but i dont feel the sore in my abs anymore

Go by how you feel. If you do body weight abs(which is how I prefer to do abs) you should be okay with doing them everyday. If you do them with weights(especially if heavy) I'd mix in a rest day between.

Yeah you can hit abs everyday. I did that at 1 point.
