So recently I started doing 2-4 workouts a day but I be so exhausted within two days. Lost of or no energy. What can help this
Hi, it's advisable to workout 3 times a week for beginners with a 1 day rest interval. Do warm up before exercises and cool down after a workout to reduce muscle soarness also to avoid muscle spasms. Also doing stretches pre and post workouts enhance muscle elasticity and muscle stretchability hence reducing chances of injury.
