How do I get bikini ready in 12 days?
Crash diets never wirk and make u tired,increase fruit,veg,fish,and try making fruit and veg juices for one meal,carrot and apple are good,anything green works wonders on the system,think apple,spinage,kale,I call it the green gunk cleanser,but dont starve,just eat more veg fruit,or ur body will hold onto fat,chek jason vale juicinghes great,also great for glowing skin x hope it helps,wheres the hol???cold here
