Right now squats are my favourite
For me it's the yoga shoulderstand and plough pose, also the butterfly stretch :)

Kettlebell swings Goblet squats Hammer curls
Push ups :-)
Steady Pushups, slow lunges, and fast running
Fullbody workouts :D
Squat is my nirvana!!!!
