Does anyone else do wall workouts? I do them 3 days a week, lift weights 2 days a week and yoga one day a week and have a rest day.
Ive adopted Wall sits til fail as my finisher on leg day.
My favorites are wall planks. I also do wall sits, wall calf stretches, wall assisted headstands and wall push ups (legs or hands on the wall). I’m curious what else you do?
