Wall workouts

Does anyone else do wall workouts? I do them 3 days a week, lift weights 2 days a week and yoga one day a week and have a rest day.

A lot of the workouts I do I use the wall instead of how they are normally done like pushups or planks ect I put my feet on the wall.

Ive adopted Wall sits til fail as my finisher on leg day.

My favorites are wall planks. I also do wall sits, wall calf stretches, wall assisted headstands and wall push ups (legs or hands on the wall). I’m curious what else you do?

To name a few I do push ups with claps, plank, plank with toe taps, plank with shoulder taps, lying leg stretches, lying torso twist, ab curls, pelvic tilts, Russian twists, & wall sits. All using the wall with my hands or feet depending on the exercise.
