I just did some workouts witb my gf im trying to get her back in shape because she hurt her ankel in a soccer game so am i doing the right thing?
I think you are, as long as you are showing her that you support her and that you love her when she's in shape and when she isn't.
She shouldn't get mad just because you're trying to get her back in the habit of being healthy and fit...
Haha. I just posted a topic to a article on how to motivate others. Anyway I think as long as you are not making her feel guilty or forcing her to workout ur in the clear.
