90 jumping jack

80 drop squats

70 lunges (35 each leg)

60 russian twits

50 side o side crunches

40 mountain climber

30 secelbow plank

20 burpees

10 push ups

lets burn some calories... have fun

30 drop squats

30 crunches

30 bottom to bottom

30 air bicycles

30 alternative jumping lunges

30 side to side crunches

30 sumo squat knee lifts

30 russian twits

30 jumping squats

30 double crunches

30 mountain climbers

30 sec full plank

30 flap flops  

30 sec left side plank

30 floor whiper

30 sec right  side plank

30 frog jumps

30 oblique sit ups (15 each side )

30 sec wall sit...

 10 push ups

 15 mountain climber each leg 

 20 frog sit ups 

 25 in and outs

 30 heel toucher 

 30 single leg raise with cross toe toucher

 35 leg raise slow down

 40 russian twits

 45 stand up torso twists

 50 cross knee high

 60 side to side bend

 

 45 sec plank
