I am starting the workout program "Tough & Buff ultimate" on Monday, 11/17/14..
I was wondering if anyone else would like to join me in this program Monday... It is 2 weeks long and consists of 8 workouts, so I figured I would give it a try. :)
That's quite a rigorous program, especially when you start hitting the higher days. Good luck!
I hope so. Cause the first one felt like a waste of time. There was not any weights.
