Hold a plank for 10 minutes bench 20% more of your bodyweight or break the worldrecord if you're feeling the hulk feel :p
Ok first off I love American Ninja Warrior so keep in touch and I'll follow you.
Second - it would be awesome for you to create a workout on here that you think is challenging. I would certainly try it.
Last - there are routines on here that have you do "max" - like max pushups in a minute, max pull ups etc. Try looking for those like mine and let us know how you do.
Try this : Total Body Minute Circuit and if it's to easy do it twice etc Good luck and keep us posted.
