Start off with eating healthy, if you don't already. Go for runs in the morning or evening. Start working on toning your arms, legs, pectorals and abs.
Arms: dumbells, pushups, pullups, planks.
Legs: flutter kicks, jogging, squats
Pectorals: any upper body activity helps with this.
Abs: crunches, situps, curlups.
