Do side lifts. You stand up straight with your feet shoulder with apart, you take a weight maybe 10lbs or whatever you are comfortable with. One hand behind your head, the other holding the weight, just let your arm hang with the weight and lean straight over toward the side the weight is on. Don't lean forward or back, just straight over to the left or right toward the weight. It works your obliques, and love handles(: trade the weight to the other side and repeat. Works great!
