Hi Everyone, I am a newbie here. I've been diagnosed with loss of flexibility in my neck. I have been suffering from neck pains and sometimes some pinching in my neck area. The physio I consulted advised me to do neck stretching and static neck exercises twice a day followed by some warm compress which I have been doing and it seems to be like the exercises control the pain but if I don't do it for a couple of days then the pain comes back so it seems like I will have to do it for the rest of my life and I don't have a problem with it as long as it keeps it under control. Now keeping that in mind, I would like to start with some exercises for flexibility for whole body so I would be happy if some experienced guy recommended something for me here. Thanks all.
