I'm new here, i start whit the casual programs, but, if i want lose weigth and have abs, which one is the best training?

Its hard yo do both of those at the same time. U generally have to pick one and stick with it till done... Then do the other. eat lots of pretein..get plenty of rest and water!!

Go casual at first,do strength exercises,protein is good but I also think people dont need so much
