Hi iam trying to loose weight and iam finding it hard to actually trainArt of Exercise: Free Level II

just stick to 30min-1hr a day exercise and smaller portions ^^

It doesn't happen over night!! You need to keep at it! Good luck I know u can do it follow me if u want and I'll track u and help motivate u
