1 hanging leg raises
Targets: lower abs, oblique

2 bicycle crunches
Targets: abs, lower abs and oblique

3 swiss ball jackknive
Targets: lower abs, oblique and upper body

4 double crunches
Targets: upper and lower abs

5 maission twists
Targets: lower abs and oblique

6 ab V in and outs
Targets: lower abs and oblique

Do this 3 rounds 15-20 reps, and feel the fat crying…

I eat a lot of unhealthy food, guilty!!! But that's why i work my ass out. Because I like to eat
