My friend, jess. Is a beginner in pull ups, what are a good work outs that could prepare her to start doing some pull ups on the bar?..
Pull ups is all about bodyweight control if she's good in controlling her weight. Then it will be easy and honestly its just be better if she just do pull ups. Worrying about doing exercise to prepare is just time consuming. I couldn't even do one pull-up with perfect form. I started doing the pull up circuit workout on here and now I could at least do 2 in each set I know it's low but better than nothing.
