Lunges, wall seats, squats, leg press, running (sprinting) , incline run., stairs , star jumpers, and bicycling.

There is no way to target an area specifically with an exercise to lose fat I. That one area. But. These are all good suggestions in that they will help you build lean body mass which will be your best friend for losing extra fat. Just move ! And cut processed sugar and soda to reduce fat storage Dead lifts squats rows bench pull up sprint and jog. Play a fun sport
