I was just wondering what are the top 3 workouts for calorie burning?

Running, High Intensity interval training, resistance, yoga?

Help? Thanks on advance ☺

As long as you keep your heart rate in the fat burning area while working out. Intervals are great. Light jog for a minute then sprint for 30 seconds repeat until burnt out. If your gonna do weights the moment you feel yourself cooling down or your heart rate going down. Go hard on the eliptical for 2 minutes. To get it back up. 20 minutes a day minimum of cardio will boost your metabolism helping your burn fat all day.

In my opinion high intensity interval training gives the best results overall

Hiit workouts! And there's a couple programs for weight loss too if u just skim thru them

Just do the workouts you think you can, don't force yourself to do the things won't help on your workout.
