Working out for almost 2 months now and lost almost 25 pounds. Now that I lost all the fat, I need some exercises for chest, belly and legs. Also wrist, if their is any exercise for that. I don't go to gym. So, I need something that I can do at home. Something extreme because I want to be in a bit good shape by the end of this year. Please help, Thanks. 😊
