Weight loss and muscle gain
I need a workout that will help me lose weight and gain muscle. Im a 16 year old with lots of free time and energy but i dont know what workouts to do.
What about a kettlebell workout. They burn plenty of calories and are good for all over strength. You can buy reasonably priced kettlebells, if you haven't already got some. Maybe get a couple of different weight ones, for variety.
What is the workout under? Like what section. Im new to this app
Use the spy glass search and type in kettlebell. "Kettlebell blitz" looks like a good one to start with. You can use a dumbell for most the exercises if you don't have a kettlebell. You don't need a really heavy weight but it should be a challenging weight. Kettlebell workouts are all about flow, momentum and engaging several muscle groups in the same exercise. Good luck.
