Hey there ! I'm new here. It's been 3 days i've started doing these kind of exercises and im doing well, until now! It's quite hard let's say, but i'm gonna get use to it. I don't know what else to say. I just came here to say hello.

You will get used to it...and when you do push harder. Welcome to the community. Personal story...using exercises I've learned here and getting advice I have lost 35lbs...good luck.

Hi I'm new too here, just finished my first workout...oh dear, it is funny but a bit hard, I hope I'll find motivation to keep trying! Bye

The hardest thing about any exercise is starting! But remember what your ultimate goal is and this will help motivate you

I'm gonna do the second workout in some minutes + this evening salsa dance lesson!
I want to be in shape for my travel next january :D
