Can anyone please tell me what kind of exercises, cardio includes?

Haha my brain is fried! Ok, any exercises that makes you breathe more than normal is a cardio exercise i.e. pressups, sit ups, running up and down stairs, star jumps or even fast walking!

I did "extreme cardio" workout last night, well tough! 50 mins long, I couldn't keep up with all of it. Felt great afterwards though! Give it a go!

Or try one called "go long", a 30 min all body workout. Looks good. :-)

Running, jogging, jumping jacks, climbing stairs, running, etc. Cardio is basically cardiovascular exercise, any things that ups ur heart rate.
